Movement Designed to Feel Good offers in person and virtual wellness programs with joyful Pilates, Yoga, Dance Strength, and Dance classes aimed at celebrating the body you already have while building self compassion through positive psychology, inquiry, and community.
Pilates is insurance for the body. Come see for yourself how this method has withstood over 100 years as many other fitness fads come and go. Pilates provides a core centered workout that will help prevent injuries, improve posture, and overall alignment. Charlotte is a second generation classical Pilates instructor who brings a fun and accessible approach to mat classes and private training.
At MDTFG, we want to offer a comprehensive and full body/mind array of movement and mindful offerings. Yoga asana inspired classes provides a safe space for you to explore your flexibility of the body and the mind. Our stretch and destress class includes a grounded warm up, gentle standing balancing warrior series, and a generous shivasana with lavender aromatherapy grown and produced on the farm!
Did you know that Dance is one of the quickest paths to joy? We love to get our weekly dose-MDTFG offers a variety of dance based fitness classes including Dance Strength and Just Dance. Dance strength combines dance cardio with dance inspired strengthening exercises set to super fun beats. Just dance includes continuous dance cardio with plenty of modifications offered a long the way. See you on the dance floor!

Our in person classes take place at 810 Warwick Furnace Road, Glenmoore, PA.
Yes, registration for all in person classes are required in advanced, even if you have a membership. Spaces are extremely limited and we want to make sure to have room for you :)
Many of our members enjoy using the online library on their own schedule and get tons of value from it! Plus, with our community portal, you still have lots of options to stay connected with me and fellow MDTFG movers!
If attending in person, please bring your own yoga mat.
For virtual classes, all props are optional, meaning you can do them without or substitute with whatever you have at home. Here are some common used props in class:
Pilates: Mat
Just Dance: Comfortable Sneakers
Yoga: Blocks, Blankets, Bolsters or pillows
Dance sculpt: Light hand weights (1-3 lbs), Chair, Theraband, Ball, Sliders, Mat
No way! All levels are welcome, and there will be challenges for every level in class, we keep growing and evolving together.
