
Movement Designed to Feel Good was born out of a deep desire to disrupt the wellness industry and current fitness practices and replace some of the more toxic and shame based fear tactics with compassion, heart, and joy. In lieu of seeing your body as a problem to solve, we create a container for you to enjoy and tap into the expansiveness, strength, and positivity that is possible with an intentional and conscious movement community. Building community and radical self compassion is at the heart of MDTFG. All of are team is certified through globally recognized and respected Peak Pilates and brings a multitude of layers of movement background to the studio. Students often comment on feeling completely welcome as they are at MDTFG. They experience a respite from the stressors of everyday life. From your drive up the farm to the moment you leave, we try to curate an exceptional movement experience for you that will leave you feeling replenished, energized, and cared for.
