Did you know that Dance is one of the quickest paths to joy? We love to get our weekly dose-MDTFG offers a variety of dance based fitness classes including Dance Strength and Just Dance. Dance strength combines dance cardio with dance inspired strengthening exercises set to super fun beats. Just dance includes continuous dance cardio with plenty of modifications offered a long the way. See you on the dance floor!
Pilates is insurance for the body. Come see for yourself how this method has withstood over 100 years as many other fitness fads come and go. Pilates provides a core centered workout that will help prevent injuries, improve posture, and overall alignment. Charlotte is a second generation classical Pilates instructor who brings a fun and accessible approach to mat classes and private training.
At MDTFG, we want to offer a comprehensive and full body/mind array of movement and mindful offerings. Yoga provides a safe space for you to explore your flexibility of the body and the mind. We partner with our sister company, Happiness and Bliss Kula to offer vinyasa and restorative yoga classes weekly with expert instructors. In the summer time, Charlotte offers in person weekly yoga classes at her family farm in Ches. Co, PA.

Charlotte uses her 20+ years of professional movement experience and unmatched energy as a catalyst for creating positive wellness experiences. She believes that her students deserve to feel good, in the body they already have and has tried to impart this throughout her teaching and performance career. When she’s not moving with others, she can be found eating chocolate, making homemade face masks with her sisters, and finding ways to support the organizations listed above! Candace is passionate about creating a community of power-filled, courageous and bold individuals around the world united through the desire to live life according to the fullness of their purpose and abundant potential. Candace is a one-of-a-kind creative genius who believes that you are too. She is committed to using the arts, creation and community to rebuild a better society. Some of her career & life passions are: Dream Doula (think: empowerment coach meets creative strategist), Cartwheel Enthusiast, Performing Artist, Liberated Living Influencer, and Dance Party Host extraordinaire. She looks forward to learning and growing alongside you, powerful human!
Karson & Tierney are a sister-duo with more than 25 years of teaching experience between them. Their classes are welcoming, inclusive, uplifting, and REAL :) Before owning and operating the Happiness & Bliss Virtual Kula, Karson owned a brick-and-mortar yoga studio in San Diego (Happy-U, an acronym for a “Holistic Approach to Positive Psychology & Yoga), at which Tierney was a lead teacher. Together, they have trained over 150 yoga teachers in Southern California, and continue to work 1:1 with students on Trauma Informed Yoga , Yin, and Positive Psychology-based yoga modalities. While their styles may be different, they both offer a caring, light, and playful approach to the practice of yoga, meditation, pranayama, and movement, and believe firmly in the power of community in its ability to heal, and contribute to a happy and healthy life! SNIC/ mother/artist/scholar/healer is crowned “Contemporary Revolutionary” by Thomas Lax in The Studio Museum Harlem Summer Magazine and featured in Dance Magazine as “Warrior Woman” by Eva Yaa Assentawa who says: “ It’s a sure bet that when she takes the stage, she will deliver not only the movement but the core, the bedrock, the very meaning and spirit of a dance.” She is a recipient of the Martha Myers Choreography Award and a 2006 “Bessie” New York Dance and Performance Award, she has choreographed and performed in the NYC Off Broadway Production of The Vagina Monologues at New World Stages and has participated, as a choreographer, in the Lincoln Center Director’s Lab. Her dance projects through SNIC/ Eternalworks DANCE, is dedicated to fostering women’s healing em(power)ment through performance and community engagement. Her work has been commissioned throughout the East coast and abroad at Performatica’ Dance Festival in Cholula, Mexico and at the Kaay Fecc Dance Festival in Dakar, Senegal including special teaching workshops in Seoul, Korea and Dakar, Senegal and Accra Ghana. Shani is currently Associate Professor and former Chair in the Department of Dance at Connecticut College, where she has served on faculty since 2009 and inspired MDTFG'S founder on her path of personal empowerment, compassion, and movement

Using her knowledge from her advanced training with the Body Positive Alliance, Wendy intentionally curates movement experiences where all people, of all abilities/shapes/sizes/backgrounds, can feel successful while moving their beautiful bodies. Wendy's goal is to help you feel good and function well in your body rather than focus on a particular physique as the standard of “fitness.” In her free time, she actively supports social justice causes, motivated by the Jewish concept of Tikkun Olam: Repairing the World.
