MDTFG celebrates the body you already have in lieu of using fitness as some sort of punishment or tool for altering. The serene historic farm setting of our studio is unparalleled with lush nature views and a serene setting that helps provide a respite from the stresses of everyday life. MDTFG owner, Charlotte Rosen, has over two decades of professional dance, teaching, and education experience across all age groups with a focus on inclusion which posits her to be able to work with all types of humans in a caring and intelligent manner.
MDTFG offers a variety of training programs however our main training program is private Pilates. We also offer yoga, dance fitness, sound healing or meditation, upon request in our adjacent movement studio by MDTFG staff.

Absolutely, all instructors at MDTFG are educated in how to level instruction to meet you, exactly where you are and we pride ourselves on being a safe space for humans at all fitness levels from those recovering from surgery or postpartum all the way to the elite athlete. Come as you are!

Before doing a duo session, we recommend doing at least 3 private sessions so that your instructor can get to know your body and provide any modifications that may be appropriate. After 3 sessions, you can invite a friend to join you or MDTFG will help pair you up with another student at a similar level.
